Roman Polanski's criminal files are not being made available for viewing to the public. Written by Alberta
Rose Jones, October 16, 2010, copyright protected I travelled to the LA Courthouse to get these documents
on the Roman Polanski Case i.e. Los Angeles State of California Case No. A 334 139. What baffles me is that the Honorable
Judge Peter Espinoza is not allowing Roman Polanski's file which cost the California taxpayers to reconstruct available to
the public i.e. a public document (yet if you read his sworn declaration below it is a public document). This means
that Judge Peter Espinoza lied in his sworn declaration to Roman Polanski dated January 9, 2009. Before traveling to
Los Angeles to review Roman Polanski's file, I spoke with the clerk who had the file. I wanted to make sure I could
see Polanski's file. She stated it would be made available for viewing. I was told that in order to view the file, I
had to make a special written request which could only be approved by Judge Peter Espinoza. I had to make a formal complaint
to get a copy of the documents you see on my website. I was refused access to the file.
