Pantages et al  filed motions for a new trial based on a supposed juror having a prior criminal history.   What I find most interesting is that Ms. Harmon AKA Harley is basing this on comments made by Juror Porter. In whose presence? I hope not Ms. Harmon who is a known liar. I will be posting all of the documents filed in federal court for all to read. For now you can read the docket as posted on Pacer.gov. The entire docket consists of about 20pages and can be downloaded as a PDF document.  It is very strange when Attorney Jamie Harmon AKA Jamie Leigh Harley's life is on the line she pulls out all resources to get herself out of going to a federal prison for a couple of years.  She has hired a large expensive law team from San Francisco i.e. Pier 5 Law Offices. Where is Jamie getting the money for this new expensive team of attorneys?  Prior to Jamie being tried federally and convicted of "money-laundering" Ms. Harmon Harley had an extensive list of lawsuits against her in state court. I will be posting those as well since it appears the state of California refuses to find her guilty of being a "lie ing cheating attorney."   I was shocked to see just how many people had sued her in the last few years.   If this keeps going as it now stands, Jamie Harmon AKA Harley may never go to prison before 2011. Currently  Federal Judge James Ware has put Ms. Harmon Harley's sentencing date on hold.  I like the last letter written by the United States Attorney.  I doubt if it helps though, Ware seems to have a "kind" heart for Harmon which is a "damn" shame for the rest of us.   If I can find that Ms. Harmon Harley lied in yet another legal document to a court, I will post every last shred of evidence on the internet.  She needs to be sued by the Juror on her way to federal prison.    click here to download file click here to download file click here to download file  These are the documents filed since Jamie Harmon was convicted of Money Laundering    5:08-cr-00938-JW USA v.
