Judge Stephen Manley is a Superior Court Judge for Santa Clara County. I did some research on the net today

regarding "mental health courts." Judge Manley says he invented/developed from scratch the "mental health court"

in Santa Clara County. This was great news for me. If you are not aware, I have been investigating these courts.

Where do they come from? What jurisdiction do they have? So a Superior Court Judge can just develop a court

all on his own from scratch. I command a court!! Like the Wizard of Oz. That's news to me. There will definitely

be lots more to this story.

NAMI gave this judge an award for helping the mentally ill.
I can tell you for a fact he does not help anyone but the pocket of thieves.

Look up "Momentum Health" and my story. It is one big piece of "crap" but
then I am not impressed with NAMI. I want to tell you what NAMI is like -
Jehovah Witnesses.. you know .. they have table displays at Airports..or they use to.. That is what
NAMI does.. NAMI has tables set up with information outside the hallways of "locked" psychiatric
wards.. while people inside are being illegally tied to tables and force medicated..no wonder they are
the biggest supporters of "mental health courts." NAMI knows these places are dirty. Are overcrowded.
Taking these folks social security money and Medicaid to pay the big pharmaceutical companies and other quacks.

What does the word "founder" mean. Judge Stephen Manley is the founder?

Stephen Manley is a Superior Court judge in Santa Clara County. He has served on the bench for over 25 years. He was a founder of the Drug Treatment Court in Santa Clara County as well as the Santa Clara County Mental Health Treatment Court. Here he speaks about the differences between mental health and drug court.

Judge Stephen Manley says: "Legislation sometimes forces us to do things a certain way, but we don’t have to

be trapped by legislation, and that’s why drug courts developed." We don't have to be trapped by legislation. What does that mean? Judge Manley does not have to abide by the law.

I have been wanting to catch "Judge Manley" lying. In order to have a judge removed from the bench you need to catch him doing certain things. Like violating a "CANON." Judge Manley told several untruths in this article. How do you catch a "judge" lying when he has "an empire". This is really like in Roman times. I compared Judge Stephen Manley's "mental health" court to Los Angeles and San Francisco. I am not finding those judges saying they are "founders" of their mental health court. In addition, in Los Angeles they tell you what their court is all about. They also insist the these folks have good avenues to redress. That impressed me. Santa Clara County is totally different. A small group of people are in charge of this "mental health court" and their is no one helping them one "iota" with any grievance procedures such as "writ of habeas corpus."
