Judge Stephen Manley Mental Health Court Judge |
Momentum Health - Sub-Acute Residential Treatment Santa Clara County Written by Alberta Rose Jones
Copyright protected October 14, 2010 Santa Clara County and Mental Health Treatment Courts need to
be investigated. The State of California is in dire need of total reconstruction. Mental Health Courts have not
been approved by our legislature so in turn .. treatment facilities are not under the radar. Here is Judge Stepehen
Manley's Treatment Facility for the State of California and Santa Clara County. It is called SART short for Sub Acute
Residential Treatment. It is run by a company called Momentum Health. How do you get your state investigated
for abuse? A man writes about his autistic daughter being taken away from him and placed in a nursing home. I posted
the story on my website. Her name is "Nancy Golin." Her life was ruined the day the courts took her from his
care. He is not alone. There are thousands in Santa Clara County. What is sad these indigent people know
of no other type of treatment. They become wards of the courts illegally. Not only is it illegal, what is most
frightening, it is done on purpose strictly to make money. How do we get Judge Stephen Manley investigated for this
abuse? Will the Judicial Council do it? No... will your Santa Clara County Grand Jury do it? No Will the
San Jose Mercury News write about it? No. I never thought I would see this kind of stuff but
it exists. So let's go forward on "SART" authorized and run by Judge Stpehen Manley. Here is a copy
of their license. It has not been looked at since 1993. The license says it is a two story facility with rooms
on the top and bottom of the facility. It is not. I reported this facility to both Santa Clara County authorities
and the State of California. What did they do in turn? Did they investigate this facility. No. Our
state is hurting thousands of people everyday. No one is listening to the needs of these people. What I saw - the disabled are being made to think it is okay. It is not.
They could have a better life. Momentum
Health is housing three people to a room and then feeding them left overs.. yes..left overs..
donations. The food is horrible.. horrible.. I tasted it.. it tasted like dog food. Only 16 people are suppose to be at this facility. So again look at the license.
I will post a photo of the layout inside. You can see that the license does not meet the layout. There are offices
upstairs not rooms for the disabled. What is a SART program - they have become very popular.. in the United States.
If you go to the State of California to get a copy of what the program is suppose to be.. they refuse to provide you
with a copy. Again you have a state court judge involved
in this illegal endeavor. Is he getting kick
backs? He is at the minimum helping his friends in the mental health profession make a lot of money. I mean lots.
I am working on the figures. I reported this facility for stealing peoples Social Security Benefits. SART
is charging $872 a month for people to be in a tiny room with three people. I will post photos. Eat food that has been
donated. I will show you a copy of the contract. I refused to pay them. So Judge Stephen Manley ordered
that the money be given directly to SART by Social Security. That is how Judge Manley gets away with highway robbery.
Is this legal?
