Supreme Court Denies Jamie Harley AKA Harmon's State Bar Discipline Petition Written by Alberta Jones, August 11, 2010,
Copyright Protected I believe I am the first investigative reporter to write about the final decision of our California
Supreme Court regarding the petition of Jamie Harley AKA Harmon to not be punished for her numerous wrongdoings as an attorney
to practice law in the State of California. As you can see below, Harley's petition was denied. I am not for sure
if she appeared before the Court but I would assume that she did. I will be checking into what took place and if there
is a transcript of the proceedings or maybe even oral recordings. Wouldn't that be great! I just got an email
from an attorney and their comments were as follows: "You made my day!" I then sent them a copy of what is
posted at the state bar regarding Harley's federal criminal charges. It appears that when Jamie is sentenced by the
Honorable Judge James Ware, United Stated District Court for the Northern District of California, Ms. Harmon (as court records
reflect) will
be disbarred per California Rules of the Court 9.2, 9.5 and Business and Professions Code, Sections 6101 and
6102. I have attached a copy of the document for those who wish to review it. Just click below and you can download
the document. The one liner that is the clincher says it all: We note that this conviction, once it becomes
final, will qualify for summary disbarment on a ground in addition to its moral turpitude
classification.
