This article is not only about United States District Court Judge James Ware but also about how federal
judges are appointed in the State of California. I find it rather interesting that the San Jose Mercury News reporter Howard Mintz wrote that James Ware had a brief stint as a Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge before
being nominated to a federal judgeship. This was the same case with the newly appointed U. S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh.
My concern is how our judges are appointed to the federal bench. I
personally appeared before James Ware with a pro se litigant who was loosing her home in state court probate proceedings.
I found James Ware to be discriminatory.
So how do federal judges make it to the bench from Santa Clara County? Is it that they are
good judges or that someone in our federal government wants them there for other reasons other than serving the public interests
or upholding the "constitution" of the United States.
As quoted by Howard Mintz of the San Jose Mercury News: "James Ware lied for over 20
years about a
childhood story in which he claimed to be another James Ware who witnessed the racially motivated murder of his brother in
Alabama in the 1960s. Ware had to recant the story, his nomination to the federal appeals court was withdrawn and he was reprimanded
by the judiciary." Mintz goes on to say that Judge James Ware has regained his standing in the community by handling
high profile cases like "the recent criminal trial of San Jose lawyer Jamie Harley." Failing to mention
that the trial name used for "harley"
was "Jamie Harmon" not "Jamie Harley."
These items
may seem small but they are not. Judge James Ware is not some rising star by the least. He discriminated against
a Latino loosing her home at the hands of unscrupulous probate court judges and a "money" hungry attorney whom James
Ware most likely knew from Palo Alto
his beginnings for his law practice after graduating from Stanford School of Law.
If Howard Mintz thinks James Ware handling of the
"Jamie Harmon" trial was stellar, he needs help as a reporter. Jamie Harmon aka Harley has not been sentenced.
She has not had to pay any fines for her wronging i.e. meaning pay back the money she "money laundered."
In addition to the fact, Jamie Harmon aka Harley committed perjury on the stand when she testified.
The only saving grace is that there
are others who feel the same way this investigative reporter feels "something is amiss in the Jamie Harmon aka Harley
criminal trial proceedings for "money laundering." If Federal Judge James Ware allows Ms. Harmon aka
Harley to have a new trial based on the supposed question of whether a juror failed to tell the truth.. then Federal Judge
James Ware did not do a "stellar" performance in the overseeing of this "high profile" case that landed
him the prestigious position of being chosen as the Senior Judge for the United States District Courts for the Northern District
of California. Maybe we are just replacing one scoundrel i.e. Federal Judge Vaughn Walker for Federal Court Judge James
Ware. Nothing more.
Federal Judge James Ware was never really "reprimanded by the judiciary." What does "reprimand" mean
for a federal judge?

publicly reprimanded U.S. District Judge James Ware of San Jose for lying about his brother being killed in 1963 by a racist's
bullet in Alabama.
The nine federal judges from throughout the Western states announced the disciplinary action yesterday, concluding that
Ware's conduct was "prejudicial to the effective administration of the business of the courts."
It is highly unusual
for a federal judge to be publicly reprimanded. The discipline usually is done in private.
What
does "reprimand" mean for a federal judge? A panel of federal judges concluded that Ware's conduct was "prejudicial
to the effective administration of the business of the courts." I guess that reprimand was
"short" lived.. wasn't it? Now
this same lying judge is going to be responsible for the entire federal district of the Northern District of California. It's
like sending a sex offender to be in charge of the "sex offender" rehabilitation facility. Who chose Federal
Judge James Ware to be appointed to this high level position anyway? Same other idiots who are running our country.
I will post federal documents how Federal James Ware stole a home from a poor woman as well as dismissing a case against
several judges in Monterey County. That will shed some light on this man who lied for over twenty years about his brother.
What does it mean to lie as a "judge"?
Federal Judge Lucy Koh was appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger She was never elected by the "people."
What is happening behind the scenes is that
these federal judges serve only brief periods as "Superior Court" Judges to assist in their nominations as Federal
Judges.
It
is a came played by U.S. Senators like Barbara Boxer. What does Barbara Boxer get out of it?
Boxer Recommended Judge Koh’s Nomination to the White House
Washington, D.C. – U.S.
Senator Barbara Boxer today lauded the Senate’s historic confirmation of Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Lucy
Koh as a U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of California. The Senate voted 90-0 to confirm Judge Koh,
whom Senator Boxer recommended to President Obama following a thorough interview and vetting process.
Senator Boxer said, “Judge Koh made history today, becoming the first Korean-American U.S. District Court judge in the
country. Judge Koh’s sharp legal mind – and her background as a former federal prosecutor, a litigator in private
practice and a Superior Court judge – will make her an outstanding addition to the federal bench.”
