The California State Bar takes complaints
against attorneys in the State of California.
The California state bar was created by the legislature
and is a public corporation within the judicial branch of government, serving as an arm of the California Supreme Court. All
State Bar members are officers of the court.
Membership in the State Bar of California affords attorneys
the right and privilege of practicing law in this state. The bar functions to protect the public. In the case of state
bar attorney Jamie Harmon aka Harley Bar number 112320, what really happened.
Over many years (not one), many complaints
against Harmon aka Harley were filed with the State Bar by several of Harley Harmon's clients. In the unpublished opinion
number 05-O-3395 , Catherine D. Purcell, Review
Judge, San Francisco of the State Bar Court said that Ms. Harmon aka Harley had committed none of these acts as follows: The hearing judge found Harley and her witnesses to
be credible and concluded that she did not commit any acts of dishonesty or moral turpitude. Is this really a true
statement?? This investigative reporter is willing to disprove this statement in the interest of justice to the residents
of the State of California.
The opinion was concurred by Joann M. Remke, Presiding Judge, San Francisco and Judith A. Epstein, Review Judge, San Francisco.
Since
starting my website Judgebusters.com and making formal complaints about this attorney, I have been contacted by several of
Harmon Harley's clients but even other attorneys who know Harmon aka Harley. Ms. Harmon aka Harley is not an honest
attorney. In fact if you review her website you will find after investigating the matter as I have done that the below statements
made my Ms. Harmon aka Harley are false.
At Jamie Harmon's website i.e. http://www.harmonlegal.com/index.html Harmon
aka Harley makes the following statements: (Harmon posts the interviews she performed on national television for you to review.
Her statements are false regarding John Mark Karr being her
client or her implication that Patience Van Zandt and Harmon aka Harley helped to exonerated Karr.)
As quoted on her website Attorney Harmon states: "Please take a minute to watch Jamie Harmon on one of several Larry King appearances, and with Tucker Carlson on CNN.
(I did) Her statement further says: during the recent homicide investigation involving the ten-year old murder
of JonBenet Ramsey in Boulder, Colorado. Both Jamie and Patience Van Zandt of Harmon & Associates were featured in more
than ten major national television broadcasts during the investigation of their client, John Karr,(this is a false
statement) who was subsequently exonerated (this
is a true statement but not because of either Patience Van Zandt or Jamie Harmon aka Jamie Leigh Harley). The lawyers appeared
on NBC's Today Show, ABC's Good Morning America, CBS' Early Show, Fox News' Greta Van Susteren, Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN,
Tucker Carlson's show on CNN, Court TV, and the Larry King Show twice.(this is a true statement both attorneys appeared on national television)"
If
you review the videos on Harmonlegal.com, these two attorneys were not present in court with John Mark Karr's real attorney
of record i.e. Deputy Public Defender Haydeh Takasugi of the Los Angeles Public Defender's Office.
What next? I took me several months to obtain the information from the court records on John
Mark Karr to prove that Ms. Harmon aka Harley has posted false information on her website. If you have been damaged by this

The
opinion makes no mention that Harmon aka Harley is facing "federal charges" for her involvement with a client
of hers i.e. Christian Pantages. Federal Court case number Case #: _CR-08-0938 JW. The press release reads:

Why even post or write this story? After Ms. Harmon
aka Harley's federal criminal trial, I will be writing an update. I cannot disclose it at the moment because it would ruin
the story and facts that I have obtained in my research. As you can see below Patience VanZandt is not eligible to practice
