The Judge in the Cartoon below is U.S. District Court Judge James Ware. If you have ever been in his court he has
three very large light bulbs on his bench counter. They really work. Meaning they really light up. What I am saying
in the photo is true. Judge Ware informs "pro se" litigants that they only have a minute to speak literally.
He then starts off by saying you can start when the green light goes on..Judge Ware will let you know by flashing the
"yellow light" that your time is coming to an end in one minute and then boom.. the hammer .. the "big RED" light.
