I am being
threatened and have been threatened since I went public on national television in 1990.
In 1990 within months of the
Tailhook Scandal, I had already appeared 4 times on National Television for being sexually harassed repeatedly in the United
States Navy.
I can legally date my free speech harassment back to 1990. I have complained and complained in federal
court. So why do they not listen?
I.E. Because they are a part of the harassment. I am now being forced
yet once again to appear in court. What is most interesting is that the first thing that Jamie Harley AKA Harmon and
Ted Stalcup mentioned in court before the Honorable Judge F. Bondonno is my website, Judgebusters.com. The false charges filed
against have more to do with my website "Judgebusters.com"
I asked for a jury trial regarding false
allegations that have been lodged against me by Jamie Harley (which I am entitled to by law.. the case against me is
based on not stalking but "free speech"). What is most interesting is that I was recently contacted by this
man i.e. John Shea. You can see his photo above next to Jamie Harley (both are cons).
Who is John Shea?
A con. Not an ex-con a current con. He told me that he was an ex-CIA agent, an ex Air Force Colonel and proceeded
to show me photos as well as documents contained in a "TOP SECRET" folder. This man was sent to prison for
three years for impersonating a CIA agent ex military officer and for altering an emblem of the United States of America
( as well as money laundering same as Jamie Harley).
So why would he be contacting me?? He said because
of my website. He committed a crime in my presence. Is the FBI investigating?? NO!! I even took it upon
myself to email the Judge who sentenced him i.e. Judge James Ware. Is this United States District Court Judge doing
anything? No!!
So how many people have to commit crimes in my presence before they are prosecuted?? Jamie Harley
committed several crimes in my presence and the United States Attorney in San Jose refuses to investigate as well as Homeland
Security. Harley also told me she worked with the CIA and knew such important people as ex presidents like George H.W. Bush.
John Shea's says the he worked for George H.W.Bush. I will be posting an email John Shea's wife sent me. Her name is
Puri.
I am making it public that as part of the "free speech" hate crimes that are taking place against
me.. criminals such as Jamie Harley and John Shea are being allowed to commit felonies in my presence and nothing will happen
to them. One of the crimes took place at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San
Jose, California. It was caught on tape but now the tapes are "not available" "not clear".. so be
aware.. your federal tax dollars are being used to harass me for exposing the truth.
I will be posting what Jamie Harley
alleges took place on federal property when she was on trial on July 9, 2010. I looked up "moral turpitude"
boy was I surprised. Not only should Jamie Harley be immediately removed to practice law.. but Ted Stalcup. I will post
the definition of "moral turpitude" as required by California State Law and tell you how "Ted Stalcup"
and "Jamie Harley" have violated their requirements to be able to practice law in the State of California.
Jamie
Harley filed a "false declaration" in state court. I will be asking her questions about what she wrote in
a sworn declaration. Such as "in your sworn declaration Ms. Harley you state that I stalked you all day on July
9, 2010. Weren't you on trial all day on July 9, 2010 Ms. Harley? So are you saying that while you were on trial
in a packed courtroom I did these things? Where are all your witnesses to these events Ms. Harley? So who is more truthful..
a US Marshal or her staff? I would go for a US Marshal or all the jurors who saw you that day from 9 am to 4pm. Wouldn't you?
An the US Attorney who was no more than 10 feet from you. Or Judge James Ware you diligently oversaw your proceedings.
So Ms. Harley are you saying that an Iphone is a weapon? I will then show her an Iphone. Is this a weapon Ms.
Harley? Ms. Harley do you wear prescription glasses? Can you see from here Ms. Harley this is where I was when I took
your photo about 50 feet away from you. Does this look like a weapon Ms. Harley? So what were the times exactly
you were stalked by me on July 9, 2010? What times were you present in court on July 9, 2010 Ms. Harley? Were
you aware that you were on trial on July 9, 2010? Were you aware that there were 12 jurors, a federal judge, a court
reporter, four U.S. Attorneys present in court on July 9, 2010 Ms. Harley? I will be calling them to testify regarding
your being stalked on July 9, 2010 in their presence. Ms. Harley were you also aware that there were U.S. Marshals in the
the Courtroom as well? I have contacted them regarding what they saw on July 9, 2010. They will be called to testify
as well. I am quite concerned by your actions Ms. Harley. Do you know that it is a crime to file a false sworn
declaration under oath? I just want to make sure you understand before we move forward in these proceedings. Are
you also aware that I can bring in transcripts from your criminal trial at the United States District Court for the Northern
District of California where you lied under oath as well? Okay Ms. Harley lets move forward with your allegations.
A
media request is being filed in the case of Harley v. Jones Case No. 110CH003171. This is a good time to see Ms. Harley
lie yet again in court. If you are interested in attending the hearing, it takes place in Courtroom 7, Judge F. Bondonno,
on September 10, 2010 at 9 am. Lets get a crowed there to see Jamie Harley testify under oath that she was stalked all
day in federal court on July 9, 2010. I would love to see the courtroom packed. I am handing out press releases.
In
addition, I will be posting the subpoenas i will be issuing to the following: Judge James Ware, US Marshals, US Attorneys,
12 Jurors and a court reporter all present on Federal Property on July 9, 2010.
So all my readers understand,
Jamie Harley and Ted Stalcup are trying to use the threat of a restraining order to stop me from posting my stories. They
used a "false declaration" to get me into court. What is most interesting about this story is that you will
see a sitting judge participate in these "shenanigans." That is why this needs to be made live to the public.
You cannot believe what takes place in state court. When you read Jamie Harley's sworn declaration most likely
prepared by Ted Stalcup, its totally fraudulent. No wonder Jamie Harley continues to just "lie and lie and lie".
Who would make up a story that they were stalked in a federal courthouse with a dozen witnesses on-lookers present as well
as "surveillance cameras"?. Only Jamie Harley and Ted Stalcup. (Partners in crime.)
