The Board of Correction for Naval Records handled Admiral "Jack" Fetterman's appeal to have his star reinstated and his record exspunged. The Board of Correction for Naval Records still harasses me to this day when I come forward to correct my record.  I did not agree to be retired. I signed no papers so by law I was never retired i.e. constructive service doctrine applies in my case. Why am I being treated differently by the Department of the Navy verses a Navy Admiral who just happened to be the one who was suppose to appropriately handled by sexual harassment allegations?? HUGE CONSPIRACY BY DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY

The Board of Correction for Naval Records altered my files i.e. a letter from a CDR Ted Sheppard who had also reported "sexual harassment" by Captain Dan Speed to Commander Naval Air Forces Pacific i.e. Admiral Jack Fetterman.

I, Alberta Jones, declare that the United States Navy held my case at the Board of Correction for Naval Records for over threes years doing nothing with it while Admiral "Jack" Fetterman was allowed to have his full rank returned to him. Caprtain Dan Speed which you will see was transferred to a command in San Diego and allowed to retire with full honors by the United States Navy. Why? I declare that my life has been in danger and that I have been personally constantly harassed since reporting this to the United States Navy in 1989. Not only that,  the Department of the Navy has been involved in what I call inappropriate counter intelligence.   I will show you proof of one case that was just recently handled by the Department of Justice involving ex-navy intelligence officers.  I am looking for investigative reporters to assist me in proving that the United States Navy has been involved in constant surveillance of my family and myself since 1989. Not only has there been constant surveillance but harassment of an illegal nature including "torture" and "mind control."
