"Watergate" Santa Clara County     "Watergate" Santa Clara County   I found this wonderful site where you can actually vote on your judge.  Did you know that Santa Clara County is one of the most "corrupt" places in the United States for Judicial Corruption?  Yes. Just do some research via the San Jose Mercury News.  I absolutely applaud the Mercury News for being the only newspaper in the bay area to tackle the corruption in Santa Clara.  The Mercury News just uncovered the fact the judges in family court were actually meeting secretly to take children away from their mothers.  YES!!  The San Jose Mercury News uncovered the fact that Santa Clara Criminal courts were allowing racial hate by picking up "men of Mexican decent" and locking them up for being drunk when they were not. I will be posting articles from the Mercury News.  I think the Mayor of San Jose should honor them.  You know like in the "Soloist" the reporter who wrote about the homeless in the streets of Los Angeles.  His name was "Steve Lopez."  Stop the corruption... bring us back to balance.    Recently  I had an incident where I tried to fight a traffic ticket. When I went before a three judge panel by law the District Attorney had to be there and by law I had a right to a court reporter. I asked for both. They refused. I then filed what is called a motion for reconsideration. The court was so corrupt they said it was not a motion for reconsideration and put it in the received file.  The State of California  is one of only few states which has a law that allows judges to mark items in court "received" verses "filed" so that the judge can break the law.  Yes... you heard it here... California is corrupt judicially.  We are so "broke" that our rights in court are just being thrown away.  Not only are we loosing our homes, we are being forced to pay higher prices for our daily living and being taxed beyond what is constitutionally correct. Our basic rights are being taken away.  The government has taken our right to fight back and possibly for good.  The history channel is currently showing “what happens when the people are all gone. What will the earth be like with no more humans?”  I want to have a show called “what happens when we have no longer have a constitution of the United States of America? What will America be like?”  It is happening slowly but it is happening.  When you can go to court before three judges on an appeal and there is no opposing party and no court reporter to document what the judges said.  You no longer have a court of law. Technically when this happened to me.. it was no longer a court of law.  Yes.. so when you go to court next time. If the other side does not show up and there is no court reporter on appeal.. let the judges know. Get it on the record.  California is so broke that they cannot afford a court reporter for a traffic ticket appeal?  I was not alone. There were about 10 other folks going through the same thing as me.  I was the only one that spoke up. I told the judges that if there was no opposing party and  no court reporter, I would not stay and I did not.  I also told them that they were breaking the law and all should be fired. They just laughed at me but I could see they knew exactly what I meant.   Yes.. You heard it here.  Fight back before it is too late.  Soon all of us will be going to court and being possibly being locked up without due process of the law.  As I already told you it is happening to the poor men of  "Spanish decent." Our Santa Clara Courts did nothing.  Who were those "JUDGES' OF THE COURT ANYWAY..  The men were represented by public defenders. If it was not for one loan public defender going to the Mercury News working on "judicially wrongdoing" the the public defender would not have had a place to go to report the corruption.  It is kind of like "Watergate" in Santa Clara County. Do you know how much this is costing us the taxpayers for the judicial corruption in our Santa Clara courts??? LOTS..... I have no idea what the actual costs are but within the last few months, Santa Clara County is being sued for the following or having to dish out money for the following:  1) Mexican men being illegally tried for being drunk in court when they were not - this is a class action lawsuit in Federal Court    2) Our Family Court in Santa Clara County being totally rearranged by a "civil rights" "federal lawsuit" for illegally having secret behind the scene courts not known to the public by our judges in Santa Clara County to take our children away or children away from poor mothers so the County is having to pay for a new court system to keep this from happening   3) The District Attorney of Santa Clara County being I guess sued or the County Sued for failing to hand over videos of sex offenders when being questioned about the crime they may have committed this is costing over $100,000 to have this re-investigated.  All of this leads to "class action" lawsuits in Federal Court for violation of due process laws and will cost the county thousands more dollars if not Millions$$$$$$$$$$$$$.  So how does Santa Clara County handle this?? They have a team of lawyers on the 8th floor of the County building.     I have asked the Mercury News to investigate.  The County of Santa Clara is being sued left and right and has set up a secret organization on the 8th floor to try and tackle all of the lawsuits being thrown at it.  What is the answer??? Santa Clara stop being corrupt.  Get out of the gutter.
